1. Our website uses cookies, these are used in processing your order & to provide relevant information to your browser while browsing our website

2. Orders placed before 1pm on a week day are sent out the same day with either standard delivery (1-3 days)  or with Fedex next day delivery

3. The Fedex delivery option is a guaranteed next day service or your delivery price is refunded. If your poster order arrives late then the delivery price will be refunded. We will not refund the full cost of the poster order as we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by Fedex or Royal Mail.

4. We cannot refund the delivery charge for posters arriving late due to adverse weather conditions that affect delivery times

5. If your poster has not arrived on the day expected it may of been delivered to a neighbours address, please either check for a "while you were out card" or contact us.

6. Posters may be delivered to the internal mail room to large building such as Colleges, Universities or Hospitals.

7. If you decide to cancel your order (by telephone or email) & your poster has not yet been printed then a full refund will be given the same day

8. If your poster is damaged in transit or goes missing then a full refund will be given, proof of damage (a digital picture) will be required. We are not responsible for any posters damaged in transit.

9. Any files uploaded for printing will only be used for the purpose of printing your poster order

10. Uploaded Artwork that is not proportional to the selected poster size will be scaled to fit (either height or width) to the selected poster size, we will not crop the images unless specifically asked to do so

11. We will assume that you have checked the quality of the file/image before uploading to the website & that you are satisfied with the resolutiion, you can check this by zooming into your file on your pc & check any image or text for low resolution, this will become apparent when you have zoomed into it onscreen

12. Please check your prints once you have received them, if you notice any problems please contact us & we will send out replacements, please note that we will not issue a refund but will send out replacements

13. By placing an order with A1 Posters & Laminators you agree to the fact that you have permission to reproduce in print files that have any form of copyright
